Beth Ann is a Food Consultant at Flock Food Solutions, LLC, a company that provides cost-effective food processing and manufacturing solutions for companies in the food industry. Prior to that she was a Senior Food Technologist at Heinz USA (now Kraft Heinz).
She has over 10 years of experience working on various projects including Weight Watcher snacks, salad dressings, and ready-to-eat breakfast rolls.
She is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for St. Joseph Home for the Dying, a non- profit organization, based in Pittsburgh, established to spread authentic Catholic end-of- life care, especially to the underserved, so the dying receive the dignified spiritual, emotional and physical care they need and deserve.
She is a member of the Seneca Group, a group of pro-life women within the Susan B. Anthony List organization that has a mission to foster a full-scale cultural shift to protect unborn babies and support women, pre and post pregnancy.
She is also on the Board of Verily Magazine (www.verilymag.com), a women’s fashion and lifestyle website whose mission is to empower and inspire women to be the best versions of themselves. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Beth Ann and her husband, Dan, live in Wexford, Pennsylvania, and have six children. They are members of St. Aidan’s Roman Catholic Parish in Wexford.
